Job Title: Engineering Manager – Water Projects Location: Riyadh / Dammam / Mecca / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong expertise in water projects . The candidate will act as Principal Engineer , overseeing engineering design, execution, and technical quality across water infrastructure projects. Must be fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise engineering teams on water projects. Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical documents. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients. Mentor and guide engineering staff to achieve project objectives. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering . 15 years of experience in civil engineering, including water projects . Proven experience as Principal Engineer on similar projects. Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
