Job Title: Senior QS (Cost Controller) – Water Projects Location: Riyadh / Dammam / Mecca / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior QS / Cost Controller with 15 years of experience in civil and water projects. The candidate must be familiar with water technical standards in KSA , cost management certified , and fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and control project budgets and cost reports. Monitor project expenditures, variations, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with KSA water technical standards and contractual requirements. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients on cost matters. Provide accurate cost forecasts, reports, and recommendations for cost optimization. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering . 15 years of experience in civil and water projects. Cost management certification required. Familiarity with KSA water technical standards . Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
