Customer Experience Specialist-remote

Role Summary The Customer Experience Specialist-remote provides support to clients by assisting with travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. This fully remote role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, efficient booking coordination, and strong administrative support. This position is for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working independently and enjoy supporting clients in a service-focused environment.
