Facility Solutions Associate / Commissioning Coordinator Confidential Client – Major Construction & Facilities Organization El Paso, Texas (Onsite) Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 + benefits We are a recruiting agency working with a large construction and facilities organization to hire a Facility Solutions Associate / Commissioning Coordinator to support building systems, commissioning activities, and operational readiness on major projects. Responsibilities Support commissioning and system readiness activities Review and coordinate equipment lists, submittals, and documentation Conduct field observations and assist with testing and troubleshooting Track project progress and support operational readiness activities Coordinate documentation, reporting, and closeout processes Work closely with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 2–5 years of experience in commissioning, facilities, construction, or building systems Strong organization and communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office and project documentation Ability to work on active construction sites and coordinate with multiple teams Why This Role Competitive salary: $100K–$160K Work on large, technically complex projects Strong benefits and long-term career growth Exposure to commissioning, operations, and facility lifecycle projects If interested, apply or message us directly to learn more.
