Civil Engineer – E2 No. of Positions: 4 Location: Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Mecca Project Type: Water projects (STP, pipelines, water tanks) Job Description The Civil Engineer E2 will be responsible for planning, design coordination, and site engineering activities related to water infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with COMPANY and Saudi water technical standards. Key Responsibilities Execute civil engineering works for STP, pipeline, and water tank projects Review civil drawings, specifications, and BOQs Ensure compliance with KSA water technical standards and COMPANY requirements Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, hydraulic, geotechnical) Monitor site execution, quality, and progress Support design reviews, technical submissions, and approvals Resolve site-related technical issues Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 10 years total experience At least 3 years in similar water engineering projects Strong knowledge of KSA water standards Fluent in English and Arabic Age: 28–50 years Gender: Male
