Python Developer

Responsibilities Architect and develop software according to Contineo standards and guidelines Work closely with product team to design and deliver new features / Services Work in DevOps environment and agile development methodology Ensure delivered items meet the acceptance criteria. Take ownership of Python components (Lifecycle event management , booking module , analytics reports) The candidate will need to learn the functional of the platform (The role is not a pure development / tech role) Academics and experience: At least 7 years experience as a Python developer Track record in designing / building entreprise application Undergraduate or Graduate Degree, preferably in engineering / computer science Key Skills: Expert in Python , including Core Python libraries / tools (Django or Fast API , dash..) Strong IT culture (Micro services , kubenetes , HTTP connectivity) Demonstrate leadership skills / drive Some background on AI principles (Machine learning , LLMs) Strong will to learn financial products Ability to design data structures: Relational , Json... Ability to understand application functional. Excellent understanding of software SDLC (Agile , testing framework) Excellent written and spoken English Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organisational skills, strong attention to detail Knowledge of Financial markets (Derivatives products and transaction flows) - is a plus (Will consider candidates without financial markets experience)
