Customer Experience Specialist

Role Summary We are currently hiring Customer Experience Specialist to support clients with travel research, booking coordination, and customer service in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others, working independently, and managing multiple tasks with accuracy. No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided. Key Responsibilities Assisting clients with organizing and coordinating personalized travel plans Research and confirm reservation options using approved systems Provide accurate information and helpful recommendations based on client needs and budgets Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries Maintain accurate client records and documentation Participate in required training and team meetings Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and basic organizational abilities Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Ability to navigate basic computer functions and maintain stable online access Must be at least 18 years old Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain What We Offer Fully remote role with flexible scheduling Training provided; no experience required Supportive team environment Incentive programs and special perks Opportunity for long-term growth
