Position Overview We are currently seeking service-driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Care Travel Specialists. In this fully remote role, you will support clients with planning, booking, and managing travel while delivering exceptional customer care throughout the entire travel journey. From initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, your focus will be creating smooth, stress-free experiences that build long-term client relationships. No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.
