Marketing Customer Support (Multiple Languages) On-site | Lisbon | Start: 19 Feb 2026 We are hiring Marketing Customer Support Specialists to support advertisers with paid campaigns in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Languages Brazilian Portuguese Spanish + English Arabic (candidates from any country can be considered) Role Overview Customer support role focused on paid campaign management , campaign optimization, and performance analysis. You will assist advertisers using marketing tools and analytics to improve results. Working Hours Initial schedule: Monday–Sunday, 07:00–19:00 Shifts: 07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00 Later stage (TBC) : 24/7 rotating shifts - 2 rotating days off Requirements Mandatory experience in paid campaign management Degree in Marketing or related field Mandatory experience with Google Analytics For Arabic role (some positions): Knowledge of HTML / Web Development Experience with Pixel data & API integrations Offer Salary: €920 gross (14 months) Complexity Bonus: €40 (11 months) On-site position – no accommodation support Candidates must be already located in Lisbon
