Key Responsibilities Conduct patient intake calls and collect medical histories Review charts and update EMR/EHR documentation Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups Process prior authorizations and verify insurance Assist providers with telehealth visit preparation Manage inbox messages and patient communications Support care coordination and quality initiatives Requirements Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA preferred) 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of medical terminology Experience with EHR/EMR systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace Nice to have Certification as a medical assistant or equivalent qualification. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
