CNA - Night Shift

Position Details 12-hour overnight shifts Consistent night schedule One-on-one care in a home setting Key Responsibilities Provide attentive overnight supervision and care to ensure client safety Assist with nighttime routines, mobility, and personal care as needed Monitor client condition and report any changes Maintain a calm, professional presence throughout the shift Communicate effectively with the CareCo team regarding client updates What We Are Looking For Compassion and kindness with a genuine commitment to quality care Prior experience in CNA or PCA roles within in-home care settings Strong reliability and ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight hours Ability to follow care plans and provide safe, professional support Flexibility to work scheduled night shifts, including weekends as needed Professional communication skills and a positive attitude Requirements Valid CNA certification in Rhode Island Two forms of valid identification Smartphone for scheduling and payroll Attendance at a mandatory, paid in-person orientation
