Job Title: Junior O2C Specialist (German & Dutch Speakers) Location: Porto, Portugal (Onsite) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Welcome Bonus: €3000 for German speakers Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior O2C Specialist to join our Finance Operations team in Porto. The role involves supporting the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality customer service for German and Dutch-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable and O2C processes, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely and accurate payments. Perform daily finance operations in line with company policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries professionally in German or Dutch and in English. Support month-end closing activities and reporting tasks. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Work with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues. Ensure high quality, accuracy, and compliance in all financial transactions. Requirements Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field . Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations (2–5 years is a plus). Good knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus. Native or fluent German or Dutch (spoken and written) with advanced English (C1 level) . Customer-service oriented, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
