Engineering Architect This is your mission Are you passionate about technology architecture and engineering practices? Then this position is for you. As Engineering Expert , you will be responsible for supporting the technology landscape and enhancing engineering tools and processes in our ecosystem: Build side Main Tasks Contribute to studies on usage of programming languages and associated developer frameworks at all levels of the technology stack Ensure application teams adhere to Technology Standards while designing & building their solutions Contribute to/review technical design & specifications Manage and report technical risks Perform and contribute to technology domain studies Validate technologies and software used Contribute towards innovation; suggest new technical practices for efficiency improvement Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or quick technical assessments of emerging technologies Drive efficiency improvement and ensure the use of modern technology practices within the Engineering team Contribution to evolution of DevSecOps toolchains This is your background You have experience in technology architecture, engineering practices, and complex software environments. You enjoy contributing to innovation and supporting teams in adopting modern technology practices. This is your career path You have proven experience in development of production‑deployed complex software applications, exposure to various architecture styles, and the ability to guide teams in applying adequate principles, guidelines, and patterns. This is your expertise Technical Skills Proven Technology Architect expertise – experience in several programming languages, knowledge around architecture patterns and principles, DevSecOps, etc. Expertise on Cloud Solutions, KaaS, IaaS and PaaS hosting solutions Proven experience in development of production deployed complex software applications Ability to understand the scope and purpose of an application and propose/guide the team to comply with the adequate principles, guidelines and patterns Solid experience in technical analysis of applications with various architecture styles, including monolithic, n-tiered, SOA, Microservices, and hosted on cloud-based or virtualized environments Good knowledge on containerization & orchestration tools Familiar with common middleware components such as WAF, VIP, Load Balancer, MQ, Event Broker, API Gateway, etc. Solid knowledge about IT Security topics (like encryption at rest or in transit, authentication, authorization, vulnerability management, threat analysis) within Application and Architecture Domains Abstract and Analytical Thinking to assess if a technical design meets the organization standards Ability to synthesize, organize and present reports to Management Exposure to financial domain (experience in banking sector is a nice to have) This is how you work as part of a team Soft Skills Self-motivated with good communication, inter-personal and organization skills Ability to work in a dynamic, international, and bilingual environment Team player with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team's success This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
