You'll be an active part in ensuring client guidelines are met, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users. What You Will Do in This Role As a Content Moderator, you will: Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality Escalate issues in accordance with established guidelines and knowledge base Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Your Qualifications This role is a great match if you: Are fluent, verbal and written, in German (C1) Are fluent, verbal and written, in English (B2) Have a college degree or equivalent diploma Possess strong understanding of e-commerce Have experience working with moderation services Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts Demonstrate strong moderation skills and rational decision-making with local market expertise Are fluent with social media products and have a basic understanding of digital advertising (If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
