2nd shift Quality Auditor

Overview: PFL Services is looking for an experience Quality Auditor. This candidate must have one to 5 years of quality experience within the manufacturing setting, preferably in welding, cutting and sewing, upholstery. Duties/Responsibilities: Read blueprints and drawing. Handles floor quality issues. Monitors internal quality checks and current corrective actions. Utilize hand held gages, tape measures and rulers to conduct part and fixture studies. Perform measurement system studies for component and assembly gages. Other duties as required. Assist in resolving quality related issues. In-process audits Identify and separate nonconforming parts (defective). Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware. Requirements: Must be able to lift 40+ lbs. repetitively. Must be able to stand the entire shift. Position requires bending, stooping, stretching and reaching. Should be able to work well in a multicultural environment. Experience in a manufacturing facility. Basic knowledge of computer use. Flexible to perform multiple job functions and duties. One to five years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with Welding, Cut & Sew and Upholstery. Training in Quality disciplines including Corrective Actions, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Print Reading preferred. Language Skills Basic understanding of English language. Bilingual is a plus PPE Requirements Safety glasses and hearing protection is required. Safety shoes are required and are to be purchased by the employee. Work Location: High Point , NC Shift: 2nd shift 2:45pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday Pay: $15 an hour Interested?
