Record to Report (RTR) Sr. Manager | Shared Services | Competitive Pay!

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Supervise the preparation, review, and validation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes Maintain adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies Work closely with global teams and internal stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines and support business decision-making Provide documentation and assistance for internal and external audits Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls Generate, analyze, and present financial reports leveraging SAP and advanced Excel tools Lead, mentor, and develop a team, promoting high performance and professional growth Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or CMA certification is required 7–10 years of progressive experience in end-to-end RTR or accounting operations, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment Demonstrated experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership Proven leadership capabilities, including team management and process improvement initiatives
