Senior IT Specialist

A Pioneer Industrial Company in Alexandria – Egypt is looking for a Senior IT Specialist with Minimum 7 years’ Experience working at high-capacity companies who goes beyond traditional help-desk management. Maintain all facilities related to Technology support (Software & Hardware). The candidate MUST be Collaborative and Supportive for his Colleagues, dedicating his time to serve and keep the workplace maintained properly. Core Responsibilities Cybersecurity & Resilience: Implement a Zero-Trust Architecture . ERP & OT Integration: Oversee the optimization of our ERP (SAP Specifically) to ensure it talks directly to all company’s department Infrastructure Scalability: Manage the transition to Hybrid Cloud/Edge Computing, enabling AI-driven predictive maintenance for our teams. Strategic Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage the hardware vendors, and software providers to ensure 99.9% system availability. Technical Requirements CategoryRequirementEducation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related Engineering or Relative Experience 7+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Systems Deep knowledge of Firewall management, SD-WAN, and SQL Database administration. Leadership Profile The "Manager" Mindset: We need a leader who prioritizes team requirements and strategic planning over individual troubleshooting.
