Finance Manager

Financial Operations Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity Budgeting & Planning Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts Track actual performance vs budget and explain variances Support management with financial analysis and cost control Reporting & Compliance Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and external advisors Ensure timely tax filings, statutory reports, and regulatory submissions Management & Control Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls Support pricing, profitability, and operational decision-making Supervise junior accounting staff Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a hands-on role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software and Excel Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Prior experience managing end-to-end finance operations
