We are seeking bilingual professionals based in Canada (fluent in Canadian French and English) to join our remote team supporting a premium client in the pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics sector. Role Overview In this remote role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare professionals. You will manage inquiries, coordinate medical deliveries, handle orders, and support logistics related to home-based pharmaceutical services. Strong attention to detail, technical skills, medical terminology comprehension, and the ability to process complex information are essential. Key Responsibilities Order Management & Customer Support Act as the first point of contact via phone, fax, email, and online channels Manage order entry for patients and clinics Document all interactions accurately following internal procedures Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams (medical, technical, etc.) Expedite urgent orders Investigate and resolve shipment, return, credit, and order issues Support and guide new team members when required Report any adverse events Business & Administrative Support Process credits and returns Set up new patients and maintain onboarding records Review departmental reports and manage patient travel logistics Recover medical hardware from patients exiting the program Maintain and update prescription records Participate in team meetings and training sessions Complete assigned learning modules Complaint Resolution Resolve moderately complex complaints using documented procedures Ensure strict compliance with complaint handling guidelines Qualifications Required Fluency in Canadian French and English (spoken and written) 4–6 years of customer service, supply chain, or call center experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to lead conversations and interact with medical professionals (e.g., RNs, clinicians) Experience handling sensitive and confidential information Comfortable working in metrics-driven environments Preferred Experience in medical logistics, medical records, billing, home health, or clinical support Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology and supply chain workflows Previous remote work experience Work Schedule Training Period (5 weeks – tentative April 2026) Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Fully remote and paid training ( $17 USD per hour) Production Hours Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday Minimum: 30 hours/week Up to: 40 hours/week depending on project needs $19 USD per hour Technical Requirements Wired broadband internet connection Computer with: Minimum 1.8 GHz processor (64-bit preferred) 8 GB RAM or higher At least 10 GB free storage Screen resolution 1920×1080 preferred Wired USB headset OS: Windows 11 or macOS 13 or later Compensation & Benefits $17 USD/hour during training $19 USD/hour post-training Fully remote home-based work Long-term project-based cooperation Career growth and development opportunities Gamification program (bonus earnings and paid holiday hours)
