With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Service Delivery Manager This is your mission Are you passionate about service excellence, IT operations and client relationship management ? Then this position is for you. As a Service Delivery Manager , you will improve operational processes and support critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation and maintenance of application systems. Build side: Manage application transformation initiatives and oversee their successful delivery Define and implement service governance and operational frameworks Support the evolution of business processes, systems and organizational structures Collaborate with management to gather and analyze operational data Contribute to dashboard production and reporting (ServiceNow environment) for Infrastructure Deployment & Support activities Identify risks (technical, functional, organizational) and proactively define mitigation actions Promote continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ITGP culture and operational standards Run side: Own the strategic and operational service delivery to end clients Act as the main point of contact for solutions and services throughout the project lifecycle Manage client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction Support critical systems through strong knowledge of application support and deployment Track implementation progress and report to senior management Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between stakeholders Anticipate potential issues and resolve incidents before business impact This is your background You have at least 3 years of experience in Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure or Production Operations Steering within complex environments (5 years is a strong plus). You are comfortable operating at the intersection of IT operations, risk management and cybersecurity. You enjoy coordinating teams, managing stakeholders and driving service excellence in demanding contexts.
