Sales Virtual Assistant

Requirements At least 1 year of experience in sales support, lead generation, or business development Strong written and spoken communication skills in English Comfortable handling cold or warm outreach through email, chat, or LinkedIn Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar Able to conduct research on leads, prospects, and relevant industries Organized and detail-oriented in tracking outreach, follow-ups, and conversions Comfortable with spreadsheets, templates, and structured messaging formats Key Responsibilities Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Research and identify potential leads based on target client profiles Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms using approved templates Track responses, schedule discovery calls, and send follow-up messages Update and maintain accurate CRM records and outreach logs Prepare sales reports, lead lists, or client summaries as needed Support proposal preparation by organizing assets or pulling templates Communicate with internal teams to ensure handovers are smooth and timely Monitor timelines, respond to inquiries, and flag warm leads for follow-up
