Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Research and identify potential leads based on target client profiles Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms using approved templates Track responses, schedule discovery calls, and send follow-up messages Update and maintain accurate CRM records and outreach logs Prepare sales reports, lead lists, or client summaries as needed Support proposal preparation by organizing assets or pulling templates Communicate with internal teams to ensure handovers are smooth and timely Monitor timelines, respond to inquiries, and flag warm leads for follow-up
