We are currently hiring a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join an international team supporting a well-known fashion industry brand. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer interaction in a professional, process-driven setting, ideal for candidates who value organization, clarity, and long-term development. What you will do Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, accurate resolutions Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper case tracking and resolution Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems What we are looking for Proficient or bilingual level (C1) of German Advanced level of English Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support Strong customer care skills with the ability to understand customer needs Ability to take ownership of cases and drive them to resolution Comfortable working in a structured international environment Whats in it for you Salary: €20,500 gross/year Performance bonus: up to €2,000 gross/year Relocation bonus of €500 Fully paid training on company and project Career development programs and specialized courses Central office location in Barcelona Employee discounts Hiring Process Application Screening Ownership Validation (could take up to 48hrs) HR Interview & Tests Suprviser interview Job Offer
