About the role We’re growing fast – and our journey in Finland is just getting started! 🚀 Mynt is now looking for a driven, curious and hands-on Team Leader – Sales & Business Development to join and lead our growing commercial team in Helsinki. We’ve already built a strong local establishment at the Finnish market from our Swedish office. Now, we’re entering the next phase - scaling our Finnish operations and accelerating our expansion in the market and are therefore opening an office in Helsinki. This is a unique opportunity to come in early, take ownership, and play a key role in building and shaping Mynt’s long-term success in Finland. In this role, you will combine commercial execution with leadership of the Finnish sales team. You will help to accelerate Mynt’s growth and strengthen our presence in the market as well as be responsible for the Finnish team. You’ll be based at our new Helsinki office and work closely with your local team as well as our colleagues at HQ in Stockholm. What you’ll be up to Lead, coach and develop the Finnish sales team to ensure high performance and engagement. Build a strong, positive and ambitious team culture and onboard new joiners. Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and relationship management. Proactively identify new business opportunities in the Finnish market through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Engage with C-level executives in consultative sales dialogues that create real value for customers. Take ownership and represent Mynt as a trusted ambassador in the Finnish market. What you bring to the table Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS or financial services in the Finnish market. Previous experience in a team lead or managerial role with personnel responsibility. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A creative, driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trust and drive business discussions at C-level. Experience from a startup or scale-up environment, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving setting. Fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus.
