Sales Specialist (Dutch-speaking) Location Berlin, Germany Work Model On-site Start Date 31 January 2026 Role Overview We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join an on-site sales team in Berlin. The role focuses on managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving performance targets in a dynamic sales environment. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €2,750 gross per month Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50 gross per month Language Bonus: €300 gross per month Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing clients Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email Accurately log activities and updates in CRM systems Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus) Dutch: C1 level or higher English: B2 level or higher Strong communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented and target-driven mindset Only candidates currently based in Berlin will be considered Important Notes This is a fully on-site position No relocation support is provided Applications are open only to candidates already living in Berlin
