Finance Manager - Audit, Tax & Accounts

HRSI is leading this executive search for the role of "FINANCE MANAGER" for one their reputed clients. Client Overivew: Our client is a leading global system integrator specializing in digital transformation through SAP ERP, cloud solutions, and advanced Data & AI services, operating within a strong governance and compliance framework. Role Overview: The Finance and Audit Manager will manage core finance, audit, tax, and accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls. This is a hands-on role with direct involvement in day-to-day finance operations and statutory matters. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee financial accounting, general ledger, and month-end and year-end closing processes • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards • Manage internal and external audits, including coordination with auditors and closure of audit observations • Handle tax matters including corporate tax, sales tax, and withholding tax compliance • Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements • Strengthen and monitor internal controls and financial processes • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting requirements • Provide timely and reliable financial insights to senior management Requirements: • 5–8 years of relevant, hands-on experience across finance, audit, tax, and accounting preferably in digital solutions and tech oriented environment • Experience in a structured corporate, technology, or professional services environment preferred • Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ICMA, or equivalent preferred
