Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshift, Full Onsite Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Service Key Responsibilities: Manage and guide the credit management team, tracking performance through KPIs and metrics. Act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk credit issues. Conduct credit assessments and ongoing reviews for new and existing customers, setting and managing credit limits. Evaluate the financial health and creditworthiness of clients to minimize exposure to risk. Recommend and implement action plans to enhance credit processes, collections, and risk management. Maintain and regularly update process flows, SOPs, and desk instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a high-performing and accountable team. Ensure adherence to credit policies, collection best practices, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5–7 years experience in credit management or related finance functions Proven experience managing and developing a team Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel Experience working with global stakeholders Strong knowledge of credit policies, risk assessment, and collections practices Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
