About the Role: The school is seeking an efficient, proactive and highly organised School Administrator to join its central office team. This is a key position that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing outstanding support to staff, students and parents. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day office functions, responding to enquiries, supporting key administrative processes, and helping maintain accurate records. This role would suit an individual who is calm, approachable and able to manage a fast-paced workload while upholding a high standard of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff, delivering friendly and professional communication. • Manage emails, phone calls and correspondence, ensuring queries are handled efficiently. • Support admissions processes, attendance systems and data entry tasks. • Produce letters, reports, spreadsheets and documentation using Microsoft Office. • Maintain accurate student records, safeguarding information and filing systems. • Assist with school events, staff briefings, and administrative coordination. • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure compliance with administrative policies. • Support reprographics, resource organisation and classroom materials when needed. • Provide support to HR, finance, data and pastoral systems when required. • Uphold confidentiality, data protection policies and safeguarding obligations at all times. Requirements: • Strong administrative experience (school environment desirable but not essential). • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines effectively. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems. • Professional, calm and reliable approach.
