As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Joint Commission-certified Primary Care Medical Home and Behavioral Health Home, we provide integrated, high-quality care to the underserved communities of Sacramento. We're hiring a passionate and experienced Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician to join our interdisciplinary care teamworking directly alongside primary care providers to deliver fast, effective, and compassionate behavioral interventions in a medical setting. What Makes This Role Unique? Monday - Friday Schedule No weekends! Hybrid clinical work alongside integrated care teams. A mix of brief interventions , crisis support, warm hand-offs, and follow-ups. Be part of a model of care that values collaboration, impact, and whole-person healing . What You'll Do Deliver brief, solution-focused behavioral health interventions to diverse patients in primary care. Support care teams in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and motivational communication. Guide patients with chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, substance use, and depression. Lead crisis response, conduct risk assessments, and connect patients with specialty services. Contribute to team huddles, care planning, and education efforts across the organization. You Bring Active CA license as an LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist Clinical experience with adults, children, or adolescents Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing , CBT , and trauma-informed care Experience in primary care or medical settings preferred Passion for integrated, community-based behavioral health Why?
