E2E Order Fulfilment Process Lead – Automotive / EV

We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Order Fulfilment Process Lead for our client to drive global commercial process development within a fast-growing automotive/EV environment. Role Overview You will lead and drive end-to-end order fulfilment process development , ensuring efficiency, transparency, scalability, and delivery excellence across markets and partners. You will work closely with commercial, digital, supply chain, CX, and partner networks to strengthen operational performance and enable continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfilment Optimization Drive operational improvements across global fulfilment processes. Lead structured partner and market dialogues. Improve performance, clarity, and operational capability. Market Onboarding & Expansion Lead onboarding of new markets, partners, and sales channels. Coordinate cross-functional readiness and testing. Align new operational standards across teams. Operational Governance & Bottleneck Management Identify global bottlenecks and root causes. Implement governance frameworks to stabilize fulfilment flows. Improve delivery timing transparency and reduce lead time uncertainty. Performance & Analytics Monitor fulfilment KPIs and translate insights into actions. Collaborate with engineering and performance teams to optimize processes. Support structured data-driven decision-making. Automation & AI Enablement Evaluate automation and AI opportunities within fulfilment operations. Reduce manual workload and increase scalability. CX & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with CX teams to improve fulfilment CSAT. Communicate fulfilment insights to customer-facing teams. Act as a bridge between business and digital stakeholders. Required Competencies Analytical & Strategic Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills. Ability to convert operational insights into business recommendations. Operational Leadership Hands-on approach with ability to drive both deep dives and high-level governance. Stakeholder Management Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfortable presenting complex data to diverse audiences. Project & Change Management Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. Strong documentation and structured planning capabilities. Technical & Tools Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and analytics dashboards. Experience with process visualization tools. Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and commercial system architecture is a plus.
