Position Overview: They’re hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to work directly with the founders and play a key role in scaling the core product. You’ll help evolve the platform, contribute to architectural decisions, and operate as a high-ownership individual contributor in a fast-moving startup. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, taking ownership, and growing with a company from an early stage. Responsibilities: Building and scaling core product features across frontend and backend Improving architecture, performance, and scalability Integrating with external partners and APIs Collaborating directly with founders on technical decisions Helping bring structure and best practices to the engineering function Qualifications: React / React Native JavaScript / TypeScript Python GitHub Modern cloud infrastructure What They’re Looking For 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously Professional English and fluent Spanish Why This Role Founding-level impact and ownership Equity upside Competitive USD compensation Direct collaboration with founders Opportunity to grow into a technical leadership role
