About the role As Growth Manager – Platform at Mynt, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our go-to-market strategy through strategic partnerships. You’ll identify, establish, and nurture relationships with banks, accounting platforms and ERP providers, as well as fleet and mobility players, ensuring alignment with Mynt’s strategic objectives. You’ll be a driving force in our growth efforts and a core member of the Mynt Platform team. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment – whether from an international scale-up, management consultancy, or a commercial role in fintech or SaaS. You’re strategic, structured, and hands-on, with a strong track record in business development, growth, or partnerships. You know what it takes to drive strategic deals from idea to execution, and you enjoy building from the ground up. Your main responsibilities Drive and develop Mynt’s partner ecosystem, with a focus on data-driven growth and long-term value creation, adoption, and retention. Lead and improve engagement with strategic partners, including card schemes, banks, accounting platforms, ERP providers, and fleet and mobility players. Optimise commercial strategies for expansion, retention, and upsell, collaborating closely with Product, Finance, and Commercial teams. Translate data insights into actionable strategies to increase ARR, ARPU, and CLV across key partner verticals. Lead new partner engagements from initial sales meeting, through commercial negotiations to agreement signing. What we’re looking for Experience in B2B growth, business development, or partnerships – preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS. Proven experience in data-driven growth, conversion optimization, or similar roles. Ability to lead sales dialogues and build relationships with senior stakeholders, including banks, partners, and large B2B clients. Comfortable working with data, funnels, KPIs, and turning insights into results. High internal drive and grit, combined with a structured and organized way of working.
