Procurement Analyst

For our client, we are looking for a Junior Procurement Analyst to join the team in Poland . Location: Poland Working model: fully remote from Poland Contract type: CoE/B2B Project duration: 12 months About our client Our client is a global cloud services and content delivery network (CDN) company that helps businesses deliver fast, secure, and reliable digital experiences. It provides solutions for web and application performance, cybersecurity, and cloud computing, supporting websites, streaming media, and online applications at massive scale. About the role In this role, you'll have an opportunity to support the procurement processes by taking care of supplier’s onboarding process, keeping our database up to date and ensuring our internal and external stakeholders get best quality service on acceptable terms. Working across the globe, you'll experience complex cases and cooperate with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Providing ongoing support to both internal stakeholders and suppliers during the onboarding process and creating suppliers’ accounts in our system; • Serving as an expert for onboarding tools to advise and support stakeholders with their questions; • Identifying and resolving any process exceptions to ensure smooth processing and highest service level; • Working with P2P teams to coordinate proper booking and payment processes; • Communicating with internal stakeholders and suppliers in case of onboarding related queries. Requirements: • Have experience in Procurement area, preferably in Master Data Management (minimum 1 year); • Have proven experience in managing multi-region customers, suppliers – diverse supplier base; • Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel; • Nice to have experience in Oracle ERP; • Possess great analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to gather, synthesize and summarize data; • Demonstrate good collaboration and communication skills with fluency in the English language; • Have an ability to work on your own and manage multiple activities concurrently.
