Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRA-related data, while also supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting solutions. Partners with business units, compliance, and senior leadership to maintain regulatory alignment and enhance the banks CRA performance monitoring framework. Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that monitor CRA lending, investment, and service activity across multiple business lines. Develop and manage Alteryx workflows to automate large-scale data preparation, cleansing, and validation processes. Leverage advanced Excel functionality (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, VBA/macros when applicable) to perform ad hoc analysis and produce reporting templates. Ensure all data sources are accurate, reconciled, and compliant with regulatory standards Support preparation of quarterly and annual CRA regulatory submissions, ensuring data integrity and readiness for examiner review Document business rules, data definitions, and process flows to ensure consistency and repeatability of reporting
