Head of Compliance (iGaming & Sports Betting)

A rapidly expanding iGaming and Sports Betting operator is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead regulatory strategy, governance, and compliance operations across a multi-jurisdictional environment. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a compliance professional who thrives in highly regulated digital industries and understands the operational realities of sportsbook and online casino platforms. This role sits at the strategic centre of the organisation, ensuring the business operates with the highest standards of regulatory integrity, responsible gambling oversight, and operational compliance while supporting continued expansion into new markets. The Opportunity As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for building, leading, and continuously strengthening the compliance framework across licensing, AML, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and responsible gambling. You will act as the primary regulatory liaison, ensuring the organisation remains audit-ready, operationally compliant, and positioned for growth across multiple jurisdictions.
