Operations Associate - Sales Acceptance

Job Summary: 1. Executes quality validation and review of complete Buyer-supplied documentary requirements prior to sales acceptance and booking. 2. Conforms and complies on booking error minimization and sales returns reduction procedures without sacrificing the quality of a sale. 3. Executes sales reservation booking in the system and complies with the existing booking policies and procedures. 4. Negotiates, assists and provides realistic response to Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Brokers and internal customers on reservation-related inquiries and requests received thru walk-in, voice and electronic means. 5. Ensures accurate and real-time checking on unit availability status, pricing scheme, financing scheme and sellers affiliation in the system. 6. Participates in complaints resolution and service ticket number compliance within the acceptable turn-around-time. Technical Competencies and Skills* With excellent written and oral communication skills Customer service oriented and socially mature Flexible self-reliant and can work under pressure especially during monthly sales cut-off High analytical and problem-solving skills both on numerical and logical situations Skills in multi-tasking and account management With fair sound judgment on decision making Education, Training and Licenses Required* Bachelors Degree in any business-related course such as Marketing Management Key Responsibilities: Handle sales booking applications and related documentation. Conduct face-to-face interactions with sellers and buyers. Evaluate and validate booking applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information. Assess clients financial capacity and compliance with company and real estate policies. Review critical details such as age, citizenship, and eligibility requirements. Perform CMAP and AMLA checks and screen for negative records prior to reservation acceptance. Encode client details and payment schemes into the system. Ensure accurate and timely submission of client records to the central file. Provide sound recommendations and solutions based on analysis and findings. Manage an average of 10 accounts per day with high accuracy. Qualifications: Strong oral communication skills with good presence of mind. Highly analytical and detail-oriented. With strong integrity and sound judgment. Background in banking, real estate, or related fields (open to bank tellers)
