Account Executive Location: Bulgaria Start Date: 26 January 2026 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 – 19:00 Work Model: Hybrid Requirements Fluent Italian and English (written & spoken) Knowledge of sales strategies and sales pipeline management Previous experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing environments Ability to drive a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment Background or experience in marketing Strong organizational skills , self-discipline, and motivation to work in a dynamic atmosphere Solid knowledge of MS Office tools Experience working with CRM systems or similar platforms is a plus Compensation & Benefits Gross base salary: 3,300 BGN Target bonus: 1,425 BGN
