Were looking for a Designer for leading the menswear design process from concept to production, ensuring that collections are trend-forward, commercially viable and aligned with the brand's aesthetic and fast-paced delivery model. The designer will spearhead the design and product development process, stay ahead of global fashion trends, and ensure our collections resonate with our target audience. This role demands a blend of creativity and a strong understanding of fashion dynamics. Qualifications - Bachelors/Masters degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design or related fields from a reputed institute. - 5+ years of experience in fashion design. Skills - Experience of leading 2-3 complete design cycles in a brand environment - 2-3 years of exposure of menswear fashion design - Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software. - Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of creativity and commercial viability. - Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team. - Deep understanding of the fashion industry, consumer behavior, and retail trends.
