We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join a dynamic sales team focused on Cloud solutions. This is a client-facing, growth-oriented role, ideal for someone with a background in IT sales who is passionate about technology and building lasting business relationships. About the Role As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play a key role in shaping their experience and driving adoption of leading cloud technologies among small and medium-sized businesses. You will combine consultative selling with strong relationship management to identify opportunities, grow accounts and act as the bridge between customer needs and business solutions. Your day-to-day will include: Delivering a strong first impression and cultivating a growing portfolio of clients Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies Driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on opportunities aligned with clients' technology needs Maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers Collecting and relaying customer feedback as the Voice of the Customer back to the business What We Are Looking For Native or proficient in Danish, with fluency in English — both mandatory 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management or customer management — mandatory Proven track record of success in a sales environment Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce or equivalent Experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions is a plus Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or Business Applications is a plus What Is on Offer Hybrid work model based in Benalmadena, Malaga — modern office right next to the beach Full-time Spanish contract: Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–16:30 Attractive compensation package: 25,000€ gross/year + up to 4,800€ in annual performance bonuses + Private Medical Insurance Relocation support package for candidates moving to Spain Full paid training on the company and products Spanish language lessons Employee referral bonus programme Career development opportunities within a global organisation
