We are recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a dedicated support team in Porto, working within the medical devices sector focused on diabetes care. This is a meaningful role for someone who combines strong communication skills with empathy and attention to detail, and who is comfortable working in a structured 24/7 environment. About the Role You will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers seeking support related to diabetes medical devices, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy and care. This role requires advanced English alongside native-level Dutch, as you will operate within an international and highly regulated environment. Your day-to-day will include: Providing professional and empathetic customer support related to diabetes medical devices Handling enquiries across multiple communication channels in Dutch and English Accurately documenting cases and following established procedures and compliance standards Escalating complex or clinical cases to the appropriate internal teams Consistently meeting quality and productivity benchmarks in line with medical device industry requirements What We Are Looking For Native or proficient in Dutch, with advanced English (C1 level) — both mandatory Customer service orientation with strong empathy and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures and compliance guidelines Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotative shift environment, including occasional night shifts Previous experience in customer service, healthcare or medical devices is a plus Required Documentation: EU ID / Citizen Card Residence Permit Manifestação de Interesse Type D Visa + NIF What Is on Offer Salary per 14 months Performance Bonus: 150€ per 11 months Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day (net) Welcome Bonus: 280€ paid in 12 monthly instalments throughout the first year* Health Insurance from day 1 — free after 6 months of contract Hybrid work model based in Porto, Portugal Relocation support: shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal Start date: 9 April 2026 Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Sunday — 24/7 rotative shifts 2 rotative days off per week Night shift (22:00 – 07:00): coverage is occasional and will be required on a rotative basis. Candidates must be comfortable with a full 24/7 rotation. Accommodation support for candidates relocating within Portugal is available
