Customer Service Representative (Dutch + English C1) – Hybrid | Porto Location: Porto, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid Start Dates: 12 March 2026 & 9 April 2026 Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months Attendance Bonus: €150 x11 months About the Role We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic and international team in Porto. This role requires flexibility and comfort working in a 24/7 rotational environment, supporting customers across multiple channels while maintaining high-quality service standards. Working Schedule Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts 2 rotative days off per week Night Shift: 22:00 – 07:00 The night shift team is relatively small, meaning agents may only cover night shifts occasionally during the month. However, candidates must be fully comfortable with a 24/7 rotation model.
