In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them navigate complex talent management challenges while guiding high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. You will leverage your expertise in total rewards, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive employee engagement, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze compensation and benefits data to inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen employee engagement and retention. Conduct market research to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices. Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in rewards programs. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging innovations in total rewards. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits. Certified Total Rewards Professional (CTRP) or Certified Compensation & Benefits Professional preferred. Expertise in compensation design, market analysis, and large-scale program management. Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and aligning pay philosophy with business strategy. Proven ability to influence stakeholders, navigate change, and build relationships across diverse teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills. Can start immediately, if possible.
