Probate Paralegal

RecLatam is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to support a growing probate and estate planning practice. This is a full-time remote position. The selected candidate will work exclusively with the firms legal team and play a key role in managing probate and estate planning matters. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong probate experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys. Key Responsibilities Manage client intake processes Conduct client communications as needed Prepare and draft probate and estate planning documents File probate and estate planning documents with appropriate courts Assist attorneys with probate case management Support both contested and uncontested probate matters Perform administrative tasks related to estate planning cases Required Qualifications 2–3 years of experience as a probate paralegal Prior experience supporting U.S.-based law firms (Estate Planning Law) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in legal documentation and case management systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Texas probate law (preferred but not required) Familiarity with estate planning processes Experience using case management software (such as Clio) Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8-5 CST Location: Remote Reports To: Managing Attorney
