Position Overview We are a high-growth Digital Marketing Agency expanding our operations in the Philippines. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who acts as the "CEO of the Client Account." You are the bridge between the client and our production teams (SEO, Paid Media, Content). Your job is to ensure deliverables are on time, results are communicated clearly, and clients sign their renewal contracts. Responsibilities Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for 10–15 B2B clients. Lead monthly reporting calls and strategy sessions. Project Delivery : Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Media, Creative) to ensure tasks are delivered on time and within scope. Use Asana to manage workflows. Retention & Renewal : Proactively manage client health. Identify "at-risk" clients early and fix issues. Lead the contract renewal process to lock in clients for another year. Upselling : Identify opportunities to grow client accounts (e.g., "You are doing SEO, let's add Paid Ads"). Pitch these upgrades to the client. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in a Digital Marketing Agency (Required). You must understand how Retainers work. Domain Knowledge: You do not need to be an expert, but you must understand the basics of SEO (Keywords, Backlinks) and Paid Media (ROAS, CPA) to explain reports to clients. Communication: C1/C2 English Level. You will be speaking with Marketing Directors in the US/UK/AU. You must be confident, articulate, and able to handle "tough conversations." Organization: Mastery of project management tools (Asana, Monday.com , ClickUp, or Jira). Why RecruitGo?
