Legal & Contract Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Legal & Contract Support Specialist to support our client's commercial operations through expert contract review and legal guidance. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing, drafting, and redlining customer agreements to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risk, and protect organizational interests. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in contract law, excellent judgment, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and redline customer contracts and related commercial agreements Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to address contractual and legal matters Provide clear, actionable legal guidance to internal stakeholders Support continuous improvement of contract templates and processes Qualifications Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting Sound professional judgment and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a SaaS or technology-driven organization Familiarity with international contracting practices Law degree or relevant legal certification within the EU/EEA or United States About This organization offers an AI-driven enterprise platform designed to unify knowledge, workflows, and automation across business functions.
