The Role: Impact & Strategy Full-Funnel Management: Lead high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions, engaging customers via phone, email, video, and social media. Strategic Outreach: Use advanced tools like Sales Navigator to identify key stakeholders and alternative points of contact to expand our reach. Pipeline Velocity: Actively manage your sales pipeline, focusing on moving prospects efficiently through the funnel and hitting all response-time SLAs. Seamless Transition: Move qualified leads to the onboarding team to ensure a world-class customer journey. Data-Driven Success: Document every interaction in Salesforce (CRM) and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to exceed sales goals. Who You Are Linguistic Excellence: You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken). Proven Sales Hunter: You have at least 1.5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the tech or digital advertising sectors. Closer Mentality: You have a proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and win new business through competitive selling. Effective Communicator: You can take complex advertising concepts and articulate them into simple, persuasive ideas. Independent & Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and possess exceptional time-management skills.
