Urgent: Head of QA | Selenium or Cypress Location: Saudi Arabia (On-site) Probation Period: 6-Month Period | Potential Permanent Conversion Industry Experience: Fintech, Remittance, or Digital Banking Skills: Automation (Selenium/Cypress), Mobile Wallets, Payment Gateway Immediate candidates must reside in KSA; GCC nationals preferred or Expat with transferable Iqama Overview Our client in KSA is seeking a Head of QA to ensure total reliability across the remittance platform. The role will define and implement automated testing strategies, oversee performance and stress testing, and guarantee defect-free transaction processing across all channels. Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust, repeatable validation Oversee performance, load, and stress testing of transaction systems Drive end-to-end QA strategy to achieve zero defects in production Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines Establish QA governance, standards, and metrics to monitor quality across the organisation Mentor QA teams to build technical expertise and a culture of quality and accountability Requirements Proven experience in QA leadership within fintech, remittance, or digital banking platforms Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress Experience testing mobile wallets, payment gateways, or high-volume financial transaction systems Strong knowledge of performance, stress, and security testing practices Leadership experience, with ability to guide and mentor high-performing QA teams Eligibility Criteria: -Currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for on-site engagement -Saudi or GCC National (Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar), or Expat with transferable Iqama -Business Visit and Family Visit visas are not eligible Application Process Senior technology leaders ready to shape strategic outcomes are invited to apply via email at talent@leadingedge.plus CC: aniqa@leadingedge.plus, quoting the job title in the subject line.
