Advertising Specialist (Arabic Speaker) – Hybrid | Sofia Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: Hybrid (3 office days per week – flexible selection) Start Date: 2 March 2026 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Base Salary: 1,840.65 EUR gross Quarterly Bonus: 1,022.58 EUR About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Arabic-speaking Advertising Specialist to join a dynamic team in Sofia. This is a hybrid, non-customer-facing role focused on pipeline management, contracts, and revenue accuracy within an advertising environment. This position is ideal for someone analytical, organized, and comfortable working with data and internal processes. Responsibilities Managing and monitoring the sales pipeline Handling contracts and invoices accurately Ensuring correct revenue reception and documentation Identifying and preventing duplications or inconsistencies Coordinating with internal teams to maintain financial and operational accuracy Requirements Fluency in Arabic (C1–C2) Good command of English (B2+) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel High attention to detail and analytical skills Tech support experience is a plus Ability to work on-site in Sofia 3 days per week Whats Offered Competitive base salary: 1,840.65 EUR gross Attractive quarterly bonus: 1,022.58 EUR Flexible hybrid model (choose your 3 office days) Stable, non-customer-facing role International working environment No relocation support available – candidates must be based in Sofia or nearby.
