Gender: Male / Female (Candidates must be willing to work at site) Job Location: Pune and nearby locations (within Pune vicinity). Mumbai and nearby locations. Joining: Can join immediately. Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. (Will be appreciated if he / she has top up Professional Education.) Experience Required: Minimum 5years ’ experience in Industry for B2B Lead Closing Expertise. Local & Remote Travelling is compulsory with their Vehicle, Laptop, Smart Phone. Key Responsibilities & Skills Required: · Lead Generation. · Site Survey / Visit. · Drawing Reading &Preparation. · BOQ, Estimation & Costing Preparations. · Reading, understanding& submission of Proposals & Tenders. · Proposal Follow-ups, resubmission, negotiation & order Collection. · Site supervision and coordination to execute the Orders. · Collection of Completion Reports & Payments. · Step Reporting.
