Sales Account Executive (Logistics/FMCG)

Office location: Alabang, Muntinlupa Work setup: Full onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift Role Overview: The Sales Account Executive will drive sales and manage national client accounts, primarily focusing on FMCG clients. The role involves key account management, acquiring new clients, and supporting business development initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development. Experience managing client accounts, acquiring new clients, and handling micro to mid-sized enterprises or pharmacy accounts is highly preferred. Prior exposure to logistics or FMCG industries is a must. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple national accounts and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow national client accounts, focusing on FMCG and micro to mid-sized enterprise/pharmacy clients. Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's portfolio. Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client issues. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for business growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and FMCG market developments.
