Marketing Executive

Our client, a Tax & Legal company specialising in international taxation and business, is currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company’s marketing strategy. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €30K , plus a comprehensive benefits package. Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans Create fresh and original content for campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, press releases, and client communications Monitor advertised campaigns across relevant platforms Collaborate with external stakeholders on design, PR, and other marketing requirements Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities, providing regular reports and refining strategies to improve results Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure marketing goals are aligned with business objectives Keep the client database up to date Identify and attend industry conferences, events, and corporate forums Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, including post-event follow-ups Liaise with legal entities as required Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within law, finance, or consulting firms in Malta Fluency in English at C2/Native level, both written and spoken Proven experience executing successful digital and social media campaigns Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills About the role Salary up to €30K plus performance bonuses, and regular appraisals Hybrid in Birkirkara with flexible hours (three days in office and two days remotely) Breakfast, coffee, and fruit at the office Health Insurance Health and Wellness allowance Free Parking Opportunities for career growth Apply with your detailed CV, please. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
